Greta helped out my family incredibly finding our home. We are a military family and had to do the whole home buying process from across the country. Greta is the nicest and most patient person I even enconter. She is always on my side and tries her best to get what is the best for me. If it is not because of her, I would have given up purchusing the house. She is still being supportive even after the closing. She is very professional and understanding. Great is a professional’s professional. She’s kind, patient knowledgeable and (when she needs to be) aggressive. Not only did she do her job but she helped in areas well outside of her realm of responsibility. She jump started stalls, kept us up with progress and extended her herself well beyond our most lofty expectations. Greta and her team are amazing!! The realtor we had before didn't help with getting the house ready and wasn't able to secure a buyer. Greta came in and helped secure a stager, facilitated any repairs both before we listed and after the buyer's inspection, and made sure everything went smoothly. They hosted several open houses until we found a buyer, and even staged our front porch with her own boots for photos. Talk about above and beyond! We ended up with several buyers, and more than list price, highly recommend!!
