About Tom

Tom grew up in Ohio and through hard work and sacrifice developed an extensive formal education which includes: an MBA from the University of Missouri, a Master's degree from the Ohio State University and an accounting degree from Otterbein University. He served his country in the United States Air Force for over 32 years with distinction. In addition to his military experience, Tom is a proven leader in the financial services industry, where he was a Senior Vice President of Citi Group Financial Services. He is analytical and driven to achieve success. His core values include honesty, fairness, and integrity. As a licensed real estate professional, the skills he has acquired coupled with his practical experience proved invaluable when representing his real estate clientele. He has become a leader in selling homes for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. For his buyer clients, he can assess the subject properties value to create a benchmark for judging the proper amount to offer the seller. This practical experience gives him the ability to evaluate home inspection results and offer strategic advice to his buyer.

Tom believes serving the community is important. He demonstrates his belief in community service in many ways. He was sought out by his neighbors for his vast business experience and knowledge of contracts to serve as President of the community homeowners Association, during its inaugural year, and provided guidance and expertise. Tom believes in investing in the community by volunteering his time to assist at local senior centers several days a month.

He has helped countless clients fulfill their real estate dreams and can help you too. Give him a call today to set up a confidential client meeting.

Greta Costa

Military Veteran, Realtor, Volunteer

Greta is multi-faceted. She served in the United States Air Force from 1988 to 2014.  During that time, she held positions as Military Law Enforcement, Human Resources Manager, Criminal Analyst, Management Analyst, Trainer, Executive Officer, and Equal Opportunity. She graduated CUM LAUDE from Minot State University, North Dakota in 1999 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She holds post graduate and military training certificates in Squadron Officer’s School, Criminal Analysis, Financial Analysis, Personnel Administration, Quality Management, Defense Equal Opportunity Military Institute Graduate, and Drug Abuse Resistance Education Facilitator.  She has extensive training and experience in Negotiations and Mediation with certifications from the Department of Defense.

Her favorite thing to do is helping others. There is no better feeling in the world than seeing someone’s dreams coming true and knowing I had a small part to play in that!  Whether it is volunteering at the food pantry, providing military honors at an Armed Forces veteran’s funeral, negotiating the best deal for a client, mediating a win-win to a presumed unsolvable disagreement, helping a young couple find their first home, bringing an old house back to its original beauty, handing out back packs to young students or visiting with senior citizens--it is so fulfilling!  When I see others succeeding, I succeed!  The best advice I ever received is, “Never stop.”
