We recently assisted a Senior downsize from their home of 30 years to independent senior living. This included preparing the home to sell, coordinating with complimenting organizations to auction, consignment, re-home and donations. Our services involve building relationships with Senior Living communities to provide informed advice to our Senior clients when determining which community serves their needs. We provide passionate care to all seniors in a no pressure approach and move at their desired pace.

As retired military officers, we are well-versed in the stresses faced by military families transferring to new locations (PCS'ing) to new locations. Our team not only provides real estate services to our fellow service members, but we also act as the welcome committee, introducing them to the city and the resources available specifically to the military community.

We regularly work with investors, looking to build their wealth and increase their portfolio. We are well experts in researching areas and preparing proformas that provide the best rate of return and potential for growth.
